Pool

(HOURS: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM DAILY)

Our pool is a PRIVATE swimming pool and NOT PUBLIC. We realize that many residents wish to bring guests, but for insurance reasons we have to have certain limits (5); and at the same time effectively manage the pool area and keep everyone safe.

You are expected to follow ALL pool regulations. Please say something to the manager if someone is not following these guidelines:

1. Showers must be taken before entering pool without exception
2. All guests must be accompanied by a resident 18 years of age or older
3. Children under 18 are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision
4. Bathing suits must be worn in pool. No cutoffs or street-ware
5. No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area. Non-alcoholic beverages will be allowed in unbreakable containers only. (No glass containers)
6. No pets of any kind in the pool area
7. No bikes are to be parked in or around the pool area
8. No lawn chairs left in pool area (No toys, etc )
9. Guests In The Pool And Pool Area Are limited to 5
10. It is mandatory that children 3 and under wear swim diapers. (i.e Swimmies)
11. Absolutely no diaper changing or clothes changing in pool area
12. Kids under 5 need life jackets or floaties
13. No running on the deck
14. No diving or hard-jumping into the pool
